Raw Choc-Banana Cheesecake Slice

Chocolate crunchy base with a creamy cashew, banana and coconut centre that’s all kinds of smooth and delicate, you’ll be sure to please your guests with this RAW cheesecake!
Ingredients
Base
1/2 cup almond meal
1 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp buckwheat grouts
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp rice malt syrup
Cheesecake
1/2 cup cashews (soaked for 4 hrs)
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
1/2 banana
pinch of natural/organic vanilla powder
2 tsp natural peanut butter
Icing
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp rice malt syrup
4 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
1.For the base, mix together all the ingredients until combined and press into a lined small sized cake tin/slice tray or airtight container, remember to line it with baking paper, it will make it easier to lift the slice out later.
Put aside and freeze.
2. In a food processor, blend together the ingredients for the cheesecake.
Pour a layer of peanut butter over the base before during the mixture over the top.
Put aside and freeze.
3. Mix all the ingredients together for the icing and pour onto the cheesecake.
Let set in the freezer for about 2 hours.
