Meatless Monday!

Starting from today I have pledged to no longer eat meat on a Monday. Why Monday? Don’t all new diets start on a Monday??

Meatless Monday is an International movement that encourages people to cut out meat one day a week to help reduce chronic diseases and cut carbon footprint around the world.
By doing this you’ll save your health, wallet & THE PLANET. :)

As you can see, it’s pretty easy to follow. The only rule is, don’t eat meat on Mondays- You can eat vegetables till the cows come home.
