Dreamy Chocolate Mousse
Looking for a dairy and fructose free chocolate mousse recipe? Well look no further my dear, I have discovered one for you. One that may not take you as high as cloud nine because it doesn’t contain all the sugar, but is sure to leave you feeling satisfied and all dreamy.
4-6 standard or you could make miniature ones if you were catering for a party.
400ml can coconut cream ( make sure you buy 100% natural coconut cream with no nasties added! I use the Ayam Premium Coconut Cream brand.)
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1/4 rice malt syrup
1/4 chia seeds
cacao nibs, optional topping
desiccated coconut, optional
fresh blueberries, optional
Whisk all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until reached a creamy and “dreamy” consistency.
Top with your favourite super foods! Yum!!
