Choc-nut Crackles

Kellog’s? Who is that? Say goodbye to the chocolate rice bubbles and add in some scrumptious superfoods in this wonderful chocolate treat that all ages will enjoy! They even have my little 8yr old cousins tick of approval! :)

Time

10 mins

Serves

28 mini crackles ( I used mini patty pans)

Ingredients

1 cup Walnuts

1 cup Almonds

1/3 cup Chia Seeds

1 cup Dried Goji Berries

3 TBSP Cocao Powder

1 cup Coconut Butter

Equipment

Large mixing Bowl

Wooden spoon

Small sharp knife

Patty Pans

Method

Mix all ingredients together before serving into patty pans and leaving to set in frige for a few hours.

*ALLERGEN NOTICE: CONTAINS NUTS.

Trick is not to eat them all ! :)
