Sooo my bet is that this photo has you drooling already? Haha! Me too!!
This delicious raw/vegan ice-cream literally takes me no more than 5 minutes to make and all you need is three simple ingredients!

Ingredients

3 frozen bananas

2 tsps cacao powder

1 heaped tbsp peanut butter (natural/organic)

 

Directions

1. Place frozen banana pieces into your food processor/blender and blitz for about 2 minutes. (It will start off chunky, be consistent and it will eventually become smooth and creamy!!)

2. Add in cacao powder and peanut butter, mix over a lower speed now for another couple of minutes.

3. Serve in two small bowls or dishes and top with your favourite superfoods!
